Main Description

Consolidate the First Draft Migration Design, the Transformation Map, the Validated Benefits Logic, the Staged Delivery Plan and the Work Packages in the Overall Migration Design document. The overall design shows how the To-Be situation will be achieved in a feasible way, in line with the agreed upon migration strategy. This overall design is the first version of the final report on this activity.

At least the next Implementation Stage is elaborated in full detail in the Overall Migration Design document.
